How To Place an Order
1. Ordering Online
Locating products online is easy. Click on the appropriate category listing on the homepage or enter a search phrase or item number in the yellow box located in the top right corner. Some categories have sub-categories. Once you have located the desired product, click on the product name for an expanded description. Click on the "add to cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart.
How to place an order using the shopping cart
When you have completed your product selection and are ready to check out, follow these simple steps to complete your purchase:
Enter your promotional/source code* if applicable (only one code may be used per order)
Click on the purple "Check Out" button
Enter your e-mail address
Enter your shipping and credit card billing address
If you are tax exempt, click yes and you will be taken to the tax exempt form
Enter your credit card information
Click Review Order Information
Review your order and click Submit
You will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. You will be supplied with an order number that can be used to track the status of your order.

Orders that cannot ship UPS
Most of our items ship UPS Ground within 2 working days upon receipt of order. Need to ship a large item or a large quantity? We ship outside delivery only by the least expensive freight route. For large quantity orders and items that indicate motor freight shipment only, please call us for details and assistance with placing your order the most economical route.
Want to customize your tradeshow booth? Our imprinted table covers, headers or Mural panels will give your booth a polished look. We offer a variety of custom printed items to help you deliver your message anywhere. Please call our experienced Customer Service staff for art requirements and/or special quote and details.

To give your message more impact, order our tough, durable 60-gauge polystyrene signs. All signs have rounded corners for safe handling. Your copy is silk screened in permanent, fade-resistant paint.
For custom imprinting on signs in quantities of 60 or more, contact our Customer Service Dept. for art requirements and/or special quote and details.
Most of our items ship within 2 working days, upon receipt of the order. Need expedited shipping. Let us know the day you need the item.

4. Guarantee and Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of your purchased merchandise, you may return machines within 15 days from ship date for a refund or replacement and all other unused items within 30 days from ship date for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached.
Note the following:
1. Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip.
2. Return unused machines in the original box with any accessories, warranty cards, owner's manual, etc. within 15 days for an exchange or refund. All other unused items must be returned in good condition with original packing within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restock fee.
3. Returns without the complete original packaging will not be accepted.
4. Shipping and handling is non-refundable except in the case of defective merchandise shipped within the United States (as determined by us).
5. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
6. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit.
7. Returns must be shipped to us via freight, UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail, for tracking/confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
8. Returning merchandise nullifies your ability to take advantage of any promotions or rebates that may be associated with it.
9. We are unable to accept returns on imprinted items. However, we guarantee we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final product.

In-stock items will ship within two business days (Monday through Friday). Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and The Virgin Islands ship Second Day Air. All items ordered on this web site ship UPS Ground. Standard shipping charges cover most items. Merchandise may ship from different locations.
